For one thing, Simpson claims that his use of an RSO topical cured several small skin cancers. While the result wasn’t verified by a medical professional—and we want to be clear that so far as we know, cannabis doesn’t “cure” cancer—studies such as this one point to anti-cancer properties in several cannabinoids and terpenes.
