- Amos Flint is a fourth-generation farmer who has been cultivating high-quality cannabis for over a decade.
- Jerred Kiloh has been a cultivator and political advocate for cannabis for over 15 years. His journey began as the cultivator for The Green Cross, a legal dispensary in San Francisco that always put community and education first.
- Micah Malan’s Napa roots run deep. In 1996 he began lobbying for medicinal cannabis retail in Napa County. That same year, Micah was in a tragic car accident, leaving him paralyzed. Undeterred, in 2014, he formed ‘Napa’s Compassion Referendum,’ to change cannabis regulations and lift the ban on medicinal cannabis retail. That paid off when it was lifted in December 2017.
- Ty Heldt has worked in agriculture for 22 years, specializing in low-impact organic farming. Ty’s farming experience, attention to detail, and hard work successfully led him to design and build leading cannabis grow operations throughout Northern California.

Can I use a debit or credit card at Abide Dispensary?
We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards, including Apple & Google Pay. Please note — there is a $4 processing fee for debit and credit transactions.
We use physical terminals to process debit transactions (you need your PIN!), but we can also quickly text or email you a link to an invoice where you can pay with either debit, any credit card, or Google and Apple Pay. Make sure your address on Apple Pay is up to date, matches your card, and your zip code is correct. You can tip your budtender with any of these options.
Do I need to be a certain age to consume cannabis in California?
For medical cannabis, you must be 18 with a valid recommendation and government-issued identification. For adult use, you must be 21 with a government-issued ID.
Who can legally smoke and consume weed in California?
People who meet the same criteria for medical and adult use listed above.
Do I need to show I.D. to purchase marijuana at Abide Dispensary?
Yes. A valid government-issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport is required.
How much weed can I legally buy in California?
Adult-use consumers in California can purchase up to 28.5 grams of flower or 8 grams of cannabis concentrate. Medical cannabis patients can purchase 8 ounces of medical cannabis per day.
How much are the taxes for weed in California?
All of our prices listed on our online menus and on labels in-store are pre-tax, except for the 15% state excise tax included in our advertised prices.
Individuals with an MMJ doctor recommendation will be charged a 5% local tax and a 9.5% sales tax. (Total savings of 5% on local tax.)
Individuals who obtain an MMIC (Medical Marijuana Identification Card) from the county will be charged a 5% local tax. (Total savings of 5-14.5% on local and sales tax.)
How much does weed cost at Abide Dispensary?
It varies, depending on the product. An Abide Private Reserve preroll retails at $7, while a gram of Live Rosin from Papa’s Select retails at $45.
Where can I legally smoke marijuana in California?
In the privacy of your home or at an event or location permitted for cannabis consumption.
Do I need a medical card to buy cannabis products?
No. Abide is licensed to sell adult-use cannabis.
