We deliver every day of the week! Please place your order before 4:20pm for same day delivery. Delivery limited to within 10 miles of downtown Napa.

To order delivery, place an online order like usual and click the “delivery” button.

We accept cash, or credit/debit cards. Please note, there is a $3 processing fee and for credit transactions and you’ll also be charged your bank’s cash advance fee. You need your PIN for both debit AND credit card transactions.

Abide takes the health and safety of its patients and employees very seriously. We have implemented multiple safety measures including sanitizing surfaces, requiring masks, plexiglass dividers, and limiting the amount of patients in the store at a time.

We are happy to serve our community as Napa County declared cannabis an essential business. In following with suggested health and safety protocols, Abide is offering pick up or delivery operations in addition to in store service. You may place your online order for pick up in the store, or from your car in the parking lot behind Abide Napa on 1963 Iroquois St, all while maintaining a 6 foot distance from other customers.

We enforce Cannabis Delivery Safety Guidelines:

  • Drivers retain the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Drivers only deliver to hotel, offices, and residences.
  • Drivers will not be in marked cars or dressed in uniforms for delivery.
  • Maximum order of one ounce of flower, eight grams of edibles or concentrates, or combination of items. Other restrictions can apply.
  • We track drivers via GPS.
  • Abuse of the service or our staff will result in denial of service.
  • Drivers carry no products other than your cannabis products
  • All contact numbers and addresses will be verified.
  • If you have dogs and other animals you must have them safely restrained.
  • Driver and deliverer will be wearing masks and gloves, utilizing sanitizing supplies and minimal contact.

How do I place an order?

What is your return policy on deliveries?

We cannot accept returns on cannabis products. The only exceptions are defective products. For example, a faulty vape cartridge would qualify as a return. If you get a faulty product we will replace with a functional item. On some occasions only partial credit may be issued for partially used vape cartridges.

Do you deliver clones?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver cannabis clones at this time.

What Days & Hours do you deliver?

We deliver every day. Place your order before 4:20 PM to receive same-day delivery. You can place an order 24 hours 7 days a week. If an order is placed after 4:20 PM your order will be available the next day.

Is the Delivery menu the same as the in-store menu?

Yes, the menu is the same.

What payment methods are accepted for delivery?

  1. Cash (exact change)
  2. Any Star network debit card or credit card with a pin

Unfortunately, we cannot accept:

  • Credit cards without a pin
  • Personal Checks

What do I need to receive my product delivery?

Required on arrival is  a valid driver’s license or government-issued photo identification, and an MMJ card or a Medical Marijuana Identification Card. Accepted forms of identification include a state-issued driver’s license/ID card, passport, birth certificate, social security card, etc. We are Partnered with NUGGMD( Hyperlink) so you can acquire a medical card within 5 or 10 minutes. The person receiving the order’s name must match the purchase order receipt. You will get a text when your order is on the way with a delivery window confirmation. Depending on traffic and orders, delivery time will vary.

Ordering for Pick Up & Curbside

How do I place an order?

Where do I pick up my order?

For curbside, please park in the designated Curbside Pickup spots in the back of the parking lot. An employee will come outside to assist you in your car. If you have designated in store pickup, please come inside through the front door and check in with the receptionist. 

Can you make changes to the order at pick up?

We will accommodate you if you need to substitute a product at the pickup counter or curbside. We do not provide cannabis sommeliers services for pick up or curbside.

What happens if I don’t pick-up my order on the same day?

Orders that are not picked-up same day will become void. You will need to place a new order to receive your products.

When will my order be ready for pick up?

Clients will receive a text message when the order is ready for pick up. We recommend waiting for the “Order is Ready” confirmation before heading to the pick-up counter.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, a designated caregiver can pick up your order. Caregivers must show a government-issued identification. The caregivers must verify that they are 21 years of age or older. They can not exceed the daily purchase limit. The caregiver is responsible for paying for the order.

Are you allowed to return products at the pick up counter?

Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges or returns at the pick up counter. To make an exchange for a defective item, you must speak with a manager.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please call us at 707-927-3208.  We will respond with a text notification or email us at pickup@abidennapa.com with the word “cancel”.

How long can you hold an order for?

The typical hold time for orders is till the end of the day. If something comes up with your order and you must cancel please let us know.

When is last call for curbside pick-up?

Orders should be placed no later than 6PM.
